SATA adam 2 – the pressure always in view

To achieve the right colour when painting, the correct inlet pressure at the spray gun is crucial. If this is too low or too high, the colour may vary. This results in expensive rework that disrupts operations. The cause of the error "incorrect inlet flow pressure" can be ruled out with SATA digital spray guns or with the appropriate accessories.

SATA adam 2

The SATA adam 2 is the compact retrofit solution for SATA spray guns. It consists of two components: the dock replaces the gun's air micrometer and allows for quick and precise adjustment of the inlet pressure (+/- 0.05 bar). The highly precise electronic measuring system required for this is located in the display. This can be quickly and safely locked onto the "dock" and removed – for example, before cleaning the spray gun in a cleaning agent

To use the display with a SATA spray gun with a pre-assembled dock. The docks are available separately, so you can equip all of your SATA spray guns with them. Your advantage: With practically just one display, you can digitise your entire stock of spray guns at a low cost. By the way: The "display" is simply cleaned with a cloth soaked in cleaning agent.

SATA adam 2 U (= Universal)

With the universal version, you can digitise guns at the air inlet, such as the SATA dry jet blow-drying gun or paint spray guns from other manufacturers. The pressure can be precisely adjusted using an adjusting screw on the U dock.

This adapter offers even more options for digital pressure measurement. In combination with the display, it replaces all analogue pressure gauges with 1/8in male thread, e.g. on pneumatic systems or when converting a SATA air micrometer with an analogue pressure gauge (art. no. 27771) or a SATA 400 series filter unit to digital, in no time at all.
