SATAjet®X 5500 spare parts for your SATAjet X 5500. Sophisticated paint systems and new processing recommendations create new possibilities, but also present the user with challenges. The SATAjet®X 5500 digital I-nozzle with cup/swivel sets a new standard for the future with the new X-nozzle system. The nozzle system is simple and logical: the two proven technologies – HVLP and RP – remain. There are separate "I" and "O" nozzle sets for each of the two technologies. This allows the painter to choose between two spray patterns, depending on what is best for the job.
Advantages: The new paint and air nozzles and the optimised air distribution in the spray gun body mean that the air distribution ring is no longer needed. In addition, the noise level of this whisper nozzle has been noticeably reduced during application, giving the painter a softer, more pleasant feeling when painting.
