Newly developed, from the handle to the gun head. With the new VECTOR, Ransburg is optimally implementing user requirements for a lightweight, robust and user-friendly electrostatic gun.
With its significantly reduced weight, easy trigger and simplified electrostatic control, the VECTOR offers decisive advantages over any other electrostatic manual gun.

Improved ergonomics
The trigger force of the VECTOR guns has been reduced by 50%. The two-stage air valve prevents the transfer of air to the material.
In addition to the light, solid and durable polymer from which the VECTOR electrostatic guns are made, a change to the high-voltage cascade in particular has resulted in an enormous weight reduction. The relocated centre of gravity, the slim, handy design of the handle and the lighter trigger with adjustable finger rest ensure maximum user comfort.
Improved atomisation and transfer efficiency
The new version of VECTOR redistributes the pressure in the air cap and regulates the balance between the atomisation and horn air. This causes the paint particles to move more slowly through the charging field, resulting in a higher charge. More paint is transferred to the part to be coated, significantly reducing overspray. The spray fan adjustment is particularly easy thanks to a grid screw with a "recognition effect" of the starting position.
VECTOR cascade guns have a control system with three fixed high-voltage values. The unrivalled control of the voltage and the unique flexibility make it easy for the user. With a single switch, the user can switch the voltage on or off and choose between three pre-set voltage levels.
Improved durability
VECTOR guns have 25% fewer parts than other electrostatic guns. The design of the thread on the gun body has also been simplified. All O-rings are made of durable Kalrez. This increases durability and reduces maintenance time and effort.
The most advanced materials are used for the handle, gun body, trigger guard and air cap. The overall design of the VECTOR guns has been made more solid and streamlined. They are characterised in particular by improved weight distribution and ergonomics.
We have introduced simpler, oversized threads for the air cap retaining ring and fluid nozzle.

Improved electronic controls
The VECTOR controller gives the user high-voltage control with three preset high-voltage values.
In addition, the voltage can be switched on and off directly at the cascade gun. The microprocessor-based control unit enables continuous data acquisition.
This allows the paint consumption to be derived from the number of parts to be painted. The large and bright display elements of the high-voltage generator can be seen from a distance of 15 m.
Option of interlocking with external releases, e.g. inlet/exhaust air, air, conveyor, via connection terminals installed for this purpose. Multi-position brackets are optionally available.
The low-voltage unit can be installed in a 19" rack. Mounting brackets for wall or sub-mounting are optionally available.
