For fine atomisation from a rotating bell disc without the use of electrostatics, Graco offers a non-electrostatic ProBell model. With fewer parts than electrostatic models, this conventional rotating bell atomiser adds less weight to hollow-joint robots.
ProBell delivers the spray performance, pattern control, and finish quality needed to excel in any industry. Proven applications for the rotating bell atomiser include automotive, architectural coatings, extrusions, and wood products, among others.
- The user-friendly control interface makes it easy to manage the spray parameters.
- The conventional spray gun is well suited for automated surface treatment applications where the fine atomisation of a rotating bell cup without electrostatics is desired.
- The notched edge aluminium bell cup has axial grooves at equal intervals, which act as paint flow channels and produce uniform particles. This makes it ideal for atomising difficult materials such as clear coat.
