- Turn your standard Reactor 2 unit into an "integrated" version and save on diesel fuel. The innovative design of the Integrated PowerStation recycles the heat generated, saving energy. With a retrofitted Tier 4 diesel engine, you get more power with fewer emissions.
- Hydrovane rotary compressor 20 cfm
- More auxiliary power: 30+ amps at 240V
- The modular plug-and-play design of the Reactor 2 allows for a more extensive sprayer configuration. Install the Reactor 2 up to 6 m (20 ft) away from your GenSet.
- Reactor 2 models: E-30, E-XP2, H-30, H-XP2
- The open pallet design allows easy access and maintenance of critical components: Heat recovery system, air compressor and motor.
- For better temperature control of the chemicals, simply install the Integrated PowerStation in a separate room. An external heat exchanger (HX) kit is available to relocate your HX units to the air-conditioned room of the unit.
- Optional pallets and a fuel tank are available - creating a mobile unit that can be easily moved and set down on site.
- The use of a Reactor 2 dispenser provides a backup primary heating option should shore power or a temporary generator be required.
