The Advanjet HM-2600b jet valve with advanced high-temperature diaphragm is easy to operate and particularly easy to clean. Its secret is the innovative diaphragm design. A single, easily replaceable diaphragm eliminates the need for dynamic material seals that are common with all other ejectors. Only the nozzle plate and the membrane come into contact with the liquid. The jet mechanism is isolated from the liquid to ensure contamination-free operation.

Specially designed for high temperature operation

Intelligent heating extends material and emitter life Dual, independent controls for the emitter and melter allow the nozzle to be heated to the optimum ejection temperature while the PUR is maintained at a reduced temperature. This extends the service life. The HM-2600b nozzle and syringe heater enable blasting temperatures of up to 150°C. The thermal insulation keeps the jet actuator below 55°C during operation, while the liquid is ejected at 150°C.
Clean melting for fast cleaning The HM-2600b syringe melter is equipped with a disposable feed tube for easy cleaning. To avoid the need to remove PUR residue between the syringe and nozzle, a thermal insulation jacket surrounds the high-temperature feed tube so that the syringe can be removed together with the attached feed tube. The unique disposable feed tube minimises cleaning requirements and allows for quick syringe changes. In addition, the locking function of the feed tube enables the "hot exchange" of a pre-heated syringe for uninterrupted production.
Independent control unit The HM-2600C control unit has been specially designed for PUR dosing and includes two independent temperature controls and two independent power supplies for the emitter and the melter. Precision air regulators and meters allow fine tuning of the blasting parameters. Six different recipes can be easily entered and stored via the fully programmable control panel and an RS-232 computer interface allows PC integration. Recipes can be triggered via a digital I/O connection to facilitate robot integration.
