Graco feeders reliably deliver single component sealants, adhesives and other medium to high viscosity materials from pails or drums to dispensing systems.
Delivery system for sealants in 1200 litre (300 gallon) bulk containers. For systems where underbody sealant is sprayed and sealant beads are applied to bodywork.
Scraper rings made from neoprene rubber
- The durable scraper is attached to the RAM plate with a 19.1 mm (3/4 inch) wide band that holds the scraper firmly and securely to the plate.
Strategically placed relief valves
- The RAM plate exits the drum in a smooth and trouble-free motion while remaining clean and maintenance free.
Shock-absorbing exhaust throttles
- Maintain the smooth exit of the RAM plate.
Specially designed pump mounting collar
- For anchoring the pump to the RAM plate to ensure trouble-free operation of the pumps and the plate. Also allows for quick pump replacement during routine maintenance.
Manual bleed valves
- Located near the pump inlet to assist in quick priming of the pumps.
Relief valve container
- Allows the relief valve to be covered with a compatible solution or water for water-based materials to prevent materials from drying out.
