Air hose (red)

Recommended use – Premium air hose for use in the liquid painting sector.

Oil resistance class B. Developed for all painting applications as well as industrial applications, especially in environments where oils and lubricants are used. Also excellent for processing water and water-based materials. Temperature range from 0°C to 90°C (max.).

Inner tube – EPDM oil resistant class B

Reinforcement – High tear resistance due to spiral reinforcement. Specially developed for maximum flexibility under pressure and secure connections.

Hose cover – EPDM, red, flexible, abrasion and oil resistant

Recommended use – Flexible premium hose for use in liquid painting applications and many other material supply areas. The hoses are ideal for resin and solvent-based materials such as latex, as well as for epoxy paints, urethanes, alkyds, fillers, acrylics, polyesters, silicones, and for oil- and water-based paints, as well as materials containing alcohol and latex. Temperature range from 0°C to 90°C (max).

Inner hose – nylon

Reinforcement – High tensile strength due to synthetic fibre braiding. Specially designed for maximum flexibility under pressure and connection.

Hose cover – Black, soft, synthetic rubber. Oil resistant class B.

Assembly of the reusable push-in fitting

Cut the hose to the desired length. The cut must be straight and vertical. Slide the hose sleeve or swivel nut with spring-loaded anti-kink protection over the end of the hose. Then slide on the clamping ring. Clamp the hose connection body in a vice and push the hose into it as far and as tightly as possible. A small application of glycerine on the shaft of the hose connection acts as a lubricant and makes this process considerably easier. Then slide the clamping ring onto the connection body. Press the hose sleeve over the clamping ring to the thread of the body and tighten with a spanner.
