The MX pumps from Binks represent a completely new development in pump technology. The patented magnetic switching ensures smooth, virtually pulsation-free pump operation for perfect results. The MX pumps operate with a gear ratio of 70:1, 60:1, 42:1 and 36:1 and have a maximum flow rate of 11.4 or 13.2 litres/min at 60 cycles. The ceramic-coated piston and the spring-loaded packings ensure that the service life of the pistons is three times longer than that of hard chrome-plated pistons, as well as reduced maintenance requirements and shorter downtimes. All material-carrying parts are made of high-quality stainless steel or mild steel and offer the best compatibility for a wide range of industrial coating materials.

At the same time, they offer the best compatibility for a wide range of industrial coating materials. Binks MX pump plungers have an extremely smooth and hard ceramic coating. This makes them particularly durable and also ideal for processing abrasive materials.
Normal steel pumps are used in particular for processing solvent-based materials with a high solids content. They are not suitable for water-based paints.
