For HVLP/LVMP, the combination of nozzle size and air cap determines fine atomization and film build. In Airmix/Airless, orifice size and spray angle together with filter mesh are decisive. Packings are selected according to the medium (solvent/water/2K); pressure gauges/regulators ensure repeatable pressures. Use exploded drawings for unambiguous part assignment.
