Functional work tables and workstations form the heart of modern paint mixing rooms. They are made of robust stainless steel and are optionally ATEX-certified, with integrated extraction, ESD or grounding systems and modular media rails for power, compressed air and data. Optional scales can be integrated directly, complemented by LED lighting and spill trays for maximum safety. The result is ergonomic, safe and documented working processes – from planning to acceptance.
Whether in automotive production, industrial and plastics coating or in body and paint workshops – well-planned work tables shorten walking distances, improve cleanliness and process reliability, and create a structured working environment. Ergonomically arranged shelves, integrated extraction systems and precise scales ensure reproducible weighing and mixing processes. All approvals and work steps can be digitally tracked and documented in an audit-proof manner.
When planning table systems, dimensions, working height and material design are individually tailored to the specific application. Stainless-steel surfaces ensure chemical resistance and easy cleaning. Integrated front, edge or table extraction systems ensure safe capture of vapors. Media management includes power, compressed air and data connections, clearly labeled and organized. Lighting systems with glare-free, color-neutral LED technology support visual inspection, while scale cutouts and decoupled calibration areas enable precise work. Documentation is carried out using labels and QR codes, PDF/CSV exports as well as assignment of serial numbers, users and limit checks – fully integrated into digital process monitoring.
The portfolio includes work tables and mixing benches made of stainless steel, modular extraction modules, media rails, energy-efficient LED lighting systems, precise scales and calibration sets as well as functional mounts, shelves and spill trays. Optional PC workstations with label printing can be integrated, allowing measurement values, recipes and test reports to be documented directly at the workstation. Through QC and formulation software, all processes are captured and linked to central QS workflows, report archives and audit processes. This results in an ergonomic, safe and digitally networked workstation for efficient painting processes.

Learn moreTypical equipment: stainless-steel frame and tabletop, height adjustment, integrated extraction/source capture, media rails (power, compressed air, data), ESD/grounding, LED lighting, add-on structures/shelves, monitor/printer mounts, scale cutouts/decoupling, spill trays as well as chemically resistant surfaces.
Work surfaces are designed according to body height and process steps (sitting/standing, reach zones, visibility). ATEX-compliant components, ESD/grounding and source extraction reduce risks. Media (power, compressed air, data) are routed and labeled; lighting is glare-free and color-neutral. Scales are integrated vibration-free and calibrated.
Documented are the workstation concept, component list, ESD/grounding tests, extraction performance, lighting intensity, scale/flow calibrations, label/QR workflows, approval steps as well as maintenance and cleaning plans. Records are provided as PDF/CSV with timestamps, serial numbers and limit checks.
We design and deliver work tables & workstations incl. extraction, media management, lighting, scale integration and documentation – from the initial assessment to the final acceptance. Result: ergonomic processes, high safety and audit-proof documentation.
