Tasks & Set Composition

Planning starts with a detailed specifications document, creation of a precise 3D layout and a coordinated media and safety concept. For dosing and mixing, high-performance 2K proportioners with static or dynamic mixers are used, supplemented by controlled temperature control and recirculation for consistent material properties. The infrastructure includes ATEX-compliant ventilation and extraction, Ex-protected lighting, safe grounding and EKS systems as well as hazardous materials cabinets (e.g. Type 90) for bases, hardeners and thinners. In the area of furniture and containers, mixing benches, ergonomic work tables, well-thought-out container guidance and clear labeling ensure order and safety in the work area. Documentation is carried out digitally via labels and QR codes, PDF/CSV exports, stored serial numbers and users and automated limit checks. In addition, training and regular maintenance are carried out to ensure long-term safe operation.

All components are controlled via a central QC and formulation software and integrated into existing QS workflows, report archives and audit processes.
