Discover powerful mobile blast pots for pressure blasting, versatile suction and pressure blasting cabinets as well as wet/vapor blasters and dry ice or soda blasting units. Available on request as a complete system with nozzle, hose, remote control and extraction. From blasting process and nozzle orifice to air demand, pot volume and metering valves through to media handling, we configure your blasting system precisely for the workpiece, surface target and cycle time.
Blast machines enables defined surface preparation for maximum adhesion, a high removal rate with controlled media flow, and low-dust processes thanks to wet or vapor blasting. Properly sized systems reduce rework, lower media and energy costs and deliver repeatable results from the workshop to series production.
Accessories include remote control and deadman systems, metering and mixing valves, moisture traps, blast hoses and couplings, nozzles and holders, viewing windows and cabinet accessories, separators, filter and extraction systems, pressure gauges, test gauges and PPE. We verify the compatibility of nozzle, hose, air demand and blast media and integrate the system optimally into your workshop and line.

Learn moreThe main types include mobile blast pots for pressure blasting, suction & pressure cabinets for stationary applications, wet or vapor blasters, dry ice and soda units. Pressure blasting offers high removal rates, suction is suitable for fine work, wet/vapor reduces dust, and dry ice/soda is particularly gentle on materials.
The nozzle orifice determines air demand and thus the compressor power; larger orifices increase performance and consumption. Choose the pot based on media quantity/cycle time and ensure consistent media feed (metering valve). Air treatment with water/oil separator and adequate hose cross-section ensures stable processes.
Influences include the process and blasting unit, nozzle wear/geometry, pressure and distance/angle, media type/grit size, air humidity, and extraction/filtration. Properly matched components, tight hose connections and appropriate PPE increase process safety, repeatability and reduce media consumption.
We support you with the choice of process, sizing of nozzle, pressure & air demand, and the integration of extraction/PPE – for efficient pretreatment and repeatable results.
