How to use our repair and maintenance service
Step 1: Submit a service request

Fill out the request form and describe the affected products and the required work in as much detail as possible.
You are also welcome to upload photos of your products.
Submit the form and wait for our response.
Step 2: Confirmation and offer received

After receiving your request, we will check the information and prepare a non-binding (indicative) offer.
You will receive the offer by email.
If you agree to the terms, confirm the offer.
Step 3: Send the product

1. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transport.
2. Use the shipping label that we will send you by email.
3. Send the package to the address provided.
Step 4: Repair or overhaul

1. Sit back while we take care of your product.
2. We will keep you informed of the progress of the repair.
Step 5: Return shipment of the product

1. Once the repair is complete, we will return the product to you.
2. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
3. Track the package with the provided tracking number.
