Suitable for our M3 airless gun and for airless guns from other suppliers with a long filter housing (e.g. Wagner, TriTech).
Our plug-in filters are available in 30, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200 and 300 meshes.
The airless filters are inserted into the airless gun as follows:
- The red airless plug-in filter has a mesh size of 200 meshes and is therefore very fine and is used for low-viscosity materials such as oils, paints and release agents.
- The yellow airless plug-in filter has a mesh size of 100 meshes and is described as fine. These airless plug-in filters are used for low-viscosity dispersion and latex paints and rust protection paints, base coats and fillers.
- The white airless plug-in filter has a mesh size of 50 meshes and is therefore used for higher viscosity materials such as roof coatings, corrosion protection, latex and emulsion paints.
Our filters reliably prevent nozzle blockages. Therefore, by using the right filters, you can achieve optimum results when coating surfaces.
The filters are made of stainless steel and guarantee a long service life. Our filters are available in three versions. This means you have the right filter for every job. The seams are welded.
