Des pompes d'alimentation sont nécessaires pour acheminer les produits A et B vers les systèmes de pulvérisation Reactor®. La pompe d'alimentation T4 combine le moteur pneumatique Merkur® éprouvé de Graco avec une pompe inférieure en acier au carbone. La T4 est une pompe avec un rapport de mélange de 3:1 et la technologie ProConnect, qui permet un raccordement et un découplage rapides du moteur pneumatique à la pompe inférieure.
- Transition rapide entre les fûts : passage rapide à un nouveau fût de matériau sans gouttes de produit chimique, contrairement à l'utilisation de plusieurs pompes secondaires.
- Maniabilité accrue : la pompe T4 se change facilement d'un fût à l'autre grâce à la déconnexion rapide du moteur pneumatique de la pompe avant le changement. La pompe est ainsi plus légère et la hauteur sous plafond requise pour votre installation est réduite.
- Élimination des temps d'arrêt : grâce à une pompe secondaire de remplacement facile à installer, vous êtes immédiatement opérationnel lorsque votre pompe secondaire doit être entretenue.
